The Wait

Don't count your chickens until they hatch. My mom used to say that. We can't count our house sold until the buyers are satisfied with the inspection, which hasn't happened yet. We need to clear everything out of the way for the inspector to do his stuff, and we can't be in the house while he does his stuff. That's a little nerve-wracking. He will be looking for lead paint, Radon, mold and structural damage. Everything is agreed on, but they buyers have the option to back out based on the results.
